What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist clients with travel inquiries, booking options, and reservation management
- Communicate with clients via email, phone, and messaging tools in a professional and friendly manner
- Recommend and help book travel arrangements including hotels, resorts, cruises, flights, and activities
- Manage changes, cancellations, and special requests efficiently and accurately
- Collaborate with travel advisors and supplier partners to ensure seamless service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years or older
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote setting
- Comfortable using email, booking platforms, and CRM tools (training provided)
- Reliable internet access and a personal computer
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in customer service or the travel industry is helpful but not required
- Passion for travel and helping others plan their perfect trip
