      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing their print and digital advertising campaigns
      - Collect and manage advertising materials in collaboration with customers and sales representatives
      - Schedule and oversee all print and digital deployments, ensuring timely execution
      - Facilitate effective communication between clients and the production team regarding campaign information
      - Provide detailed reporting on digital products to customers and maintain updates in Salesforce

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in an agency or media environment
      - Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills
      - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
      - High level of proficiency in Microsoft applications, with knowledge of Salesforce and email marketing being a plus

      - Familiarity with online advertising and content management systems
      - Experience in a high-pressure work environment
      - Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
