What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer support through effective communication with patients and healthcare providers
- Assist with inquiries related to prescription submissions, tracking, refills, and PHI updates via phone and chat
- Maintain high Customer Service Satisfaction Ratings while delivering accurate support
- Guide patients and healthcare providers through basic issue resolution procedures
- Collaborate with team members to enhance support processes and share insights
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service through phone, email, or live chat
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent changes
- Open to working all shifts as required by the business
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
