What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries through various communication channels, ensuring professionalism and courtesy
- Document all customer interactions accurately using Case Management or CRM systems
- Resolve or escalate customer inquiries efficiently and in accordance with established guidelines
- Encourage customers to utilize electronic communication for inquiries
- Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service or contact center experience
- High School Diploma or GED required; degree preferred
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Team-oriented mindset with good listening and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with military or veteran populations
- Familiarity with CRM applications and case management systems
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Strong typing skills and ability to adapt to changing situations
