      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide phone and email support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals
      - Process incoming requests including order entry, order status verification, and processing returns
      - Maintain accurate record-keeping in accordance with employer specifications to ensure quality
      - Understand and explain detailed information regarding processes and procedures
      - Participate in continuous improvement projects and demonstrate flexibility in a changing environment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 2 years of direct Customer Service or Account Management experience
      - High School diploma or GED equivalent
      - Experience with Salesforce and/or Systems Applications & Products (SAP)
      - Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support business needs
      - Preference for candidates located in the Pacific time zone

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
      - 3 or more years of Customer Service and Order Entry experience
      - Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), or Global Healthcare Exchange (GHX)
      - Experience with PowerBI and/or Genesys
      - Experience with medical billing, preferably supporting Veterans Affairs (VA) facilities
