      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Utilize CRM database to process sales orders, generate order confirmations, and update orders for accurate billing
      - Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls and emails regarding purchase orders and customer inquiries
      - Navigate distributor online portals to retrieve and confirm purchase orders for timely processing
      - Manage Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requests in adherence to company policies
      - Execute payment processing tasks, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B or retail customer support, preferably in a manufacturing or distributor setting
      - Demonstrated ability to work under pressure while maintaining high attention to detail
      - Proficiency in Google Suite and general computer operations
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
      - Strong teamwork skills and a professional demeanor

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree
      - Experience with ISO certified standard operating procedures
      - Advanced problem-resolution and critical-thinking skills
      - Proven track record of resolving customer complaints and conflicts with professionalism
