What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver world-class customer experience through effective communication
- Provide accurate information and troubleshoot customer issues
- Document customer calls and assist coworkers with knowledge sharing
- Resolve customer issues with proven troubleshooting techniques
- Work collaboratively with coworkers to ensure customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent - Required
- 2+ years Customer Service based duties - Required
- 1+ years basic knowledge of mobile devices - Preferred
- 1+ years Tier 1 Technical Support or Helpdesk - Preferred
- Typing proficiency and skill to use a personal computer and multiple software packages
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1+ years Call Center experience
- Associates Degree
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality of work
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
- High energy, positive attitude, engaging personality, and ability to communicate effectively
