What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Receive and categorize calls from child support client stakeholders according to established procedures
- Provide accurate and complete information to clients while resolving complaints and offering appropriate solutions
- Document customer interactions thoroughly and efficiently
- Gather customer information to assess needs and educate clients as necessary
- Maintain a general understanding of company policies and procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Minimum of one year of experience in customer service, call center, or related fields
- Proficient in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Must have a private workspace and high-speed internet connection for remote work
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in service delivery or a similar customer-focused role
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating patience and courtesy
- Ability to maintain composure in challenging situations
- Familiarity with child support processes or similar services
