What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Field customer inquiries by finding innovative solutions to various questions and concerns
- Provide excellent customer service through active listening and effective communication
- Handle confidential customer information with sensitivity and care
- Aim to resolve customer issues on the first call and de-escalate any conflicts
- Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Customer service and/or sales experience
- College degree preferred but not required
