What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, caregivers, manufacturers, and partners
- Perform data entry tasks across multiple systems and follow up for missing enrollment information
- Handle inbound and outbound calls while adhering to program-approved guidelines
- Verify insurance coverage for commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare plans
- Coordinate access to support services including reimbursement counseling and assistance programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to maintain effective relationships with clients to ensure superior customer service
- Experience in resolving customer issues independently and understanding when escalation is necessary
- Responsible for compiling and maintaining KPI reports for clients
- Friendly disposition with a passion for customer interaction and a natural sense of curiosity
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare or related customer service roles
- Familiarity with insurance verification processes and reimbursement issues
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative tasks
