What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide professional and courteous customer support in the bank's call center
- Process inbound calls regarding account questions, product information, and various customer requests
- De-escalate customer issues or escalate to a supervisor when necessary
- Assist customers with digital banking services across multiple devices
- Maintain knowledge of banking products and adhere to departmental service levels
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience required
- Minimum of one year of contact center experience or equivalent required
- Proficiency in using personal computers and managing home networking
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Customer service experience within a banking or financial institution
- Familiarity with both Android and Apple products, as well as supported web browsers
- Ability to type with speed and accuracy
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Strong communication skills, including empathy and active listening
