What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound calls related to bank products and services, addressing customer inquiries independently
- De-escalate customer situations when necessary and escalate to supervisors as needed
- Assist customers with digital banking services and troubleshoot computing issues across various devices
- Maintain knowledge of banking products and policies to provide accurate information and resolve customer issues
- Participate in regular meetings for quality review, coaching, and updates on policies and procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in banking or a financial institution
- Minimum of one year of contact center experience or equivalent required
- Proficiency in using personal computers and managing home networking for reliable access to virtual environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and demonstrate empathy
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Android and Apple products, as well as supported web browsers and operating systems
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks
- Demonstrated strong time management skills and ability to adapt quickly to change
- Willingness to provide exceptional service and build strong customer relationships
- Familiarity with banking regulations and policies
