      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to customer inquiries regarding bank products and services in a professional manner
      - Process inbound calls and assist customers with various banking services, including digital banking support
      - De-escalate customer concerns and escalate to supervisors as necessary
      - Maintain knowledge of banking products and services to provide accurate information to customers
      - Attend meetings for ongoing development and adhere to performance metrics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED required
      - Minimum of one year of customer service experience required; experience within a banking or financial institution preferred
      - Minimum of one year of contact center experience or equivalent required
      - Expertise in using a personal computer and managing home networking infrastructure
      - Ability to type with speed and accuracy

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Minimum of six months of outbound calling experience preferred
      - Minimum of six months of sales experience preferred
      - Experience with Android and Apple products and supported web browsers
