What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries and provide effective problem-solving support
- Personalize customer interactions while offering additional products during each call
- Assist customers with questions related to orders, refunds, payments, and account data analysis
- Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor and maintain a structured workday in a virtual environment
- Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot technical issues as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 12 months of customer service experience
- Ability to problem-solve and de-escalate situations effectively while managing a high call volume
- Proficient in navigating multiple systems and screens during customer interactions
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed
- Ability to sit for extended periods and follow computer system requirements
