What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to address non-compliant requests that lack documentation
- Perform data entry tasks, including updating contact information and entering new requests
- Review orders to ensure all necessary documents and information are included
- Monitor multiple queues to manage requests efficiently
- Report recurring issues to the Customer Service Manager for resolution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of call center experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize duties effectively
- Proficiency in computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office applications
