What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional service through inbound and outbound communications via phone, chat, social media, or email
- Sustain and improve business relationships with customers
- Identify and resolve customer issues through effective questioning and negotiation
- Maintain accurate account information and handle general customer inquiries
- Support the set-up of new customer accounts and manage soft collections for past due accounts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Exceptional customer service and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills with experience in typing and data entry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Access
- Demonstrated ability to build positive rapport with team members and customers
