What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process, navigate, and research unemployment insurance claims
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with complex issues regarding their specific situations
- Research information in databases to resolve customer issues effectively
- Maintain composure in escalated situations while providing excellent service
- Operate efficiently in a fast-paced contact center environment, handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a current resident living in the United States
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must demonstrate a passion for providing outstanding service and maintain composure in various situations
- Exceptional verbal communication skills, including correct grammar and pronunciation
- Ability to type at least 30 words per minute
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a team environment, demonstrating cooperation and joint problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Office products
- Ability to show empathy towards frustrated or anxious customers
