What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle high volumes of inbound customer inquiries while providing excellent service
- Assist customers with their orders, account questions, and problem-solving
- Promote additional products during customer interactions
- Navigate multiple systems and screens while assisting customers
- Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor and work from home
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to problem-solve and de-escalate unique situations in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed
- Proficient in communicating with diverse customer styles, peers, and leaders
- Capability to sit for long periods and maintain a distraction-free work environment
- Familiarity with Cornerstone Brands computer system requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in customer service or retail environments
- Familiarity with troubleshooting technical issues and working in a virtual environment
- Previous experience in a high-volume call center setting
