      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries while providing assistance with orders and accounts
      - Personalize customer interactions and offer additional products during calls
      - Confirm refunds, take payments, place orders, and analyze account data as needed
      - Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor and work from home
      - Maintain a distraction-free work environment while managing technical issues in partnership with IT

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Ability to problem-solve and de-escalate unique situations in a high-paced environment
      - Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed
      - Capacity to sit for long periods of time while navigating multiple systems and screens
      - Follow Cornerstone Brands computer system requirements
      - Maintain a self-provided computer or laptop with Windows 10 or newer and compatible headset

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in customer service or retail environments
      - Familiarity with virtual work environments and structured schedules
      - Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with a variety of customer styles
      - Previous experience troubleshooting technical issues
