      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Supervise, train, and provide leadership to the customer service team
      - Establish and monitor performance goals and individual development plans
      - Conduct quality assurance reviews and provide coaching to improve agent performance
      - Oversee operational activities and recommend process improvements for efficiency
      - Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and protect Protected Health Information (PHI)

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Administration, or a related field
      - Five or more years of insurance industry experience, preferably in a customer service environment
      - Prior supervisory or team lead experience
      - Life & Health insurance license or the ability to obtain it within 60 days of hire
      - Exposure to veterinary roles such as veterinary assistants or vet techs is a plus

      - Familiarity with veterinary workflows or member interactions in animal health
