What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Connect and engage with individuals seeking home care support for themselves or loved ones
- Educate patients and caregivers on the application and enrollment process for supported programs
- Conduct virtual or in-person orientations to guide patients and caregivers through the onboarding process
- Assist patients in navigating their home care journey, ensuring they receive necessary care and support
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls while resolving customer issues effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent customer service skills, including problem-solving and empathy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency with technology and strong typing skills
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a customer service role, particularly in healthcare
- Familiarity with home care services and related programs
- Experience conducting orientations or training sessions
- Strong emotional intelligence and team collaboration skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure
