What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate with members via phone and email, providing empathetic support in every interaction
- Listen to members' concerns and provide tailored solutions to their unique financial needs
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices
- Accurately document interactions and member activities for record-keeping and quality assurance
- Assist with onboarding and new account setup, guiding members throughout their financial journey
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (call center or retail)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability for an 8-hour shift between the hours of 6 AM - 8 PM
- People-focused approach with a solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage a high volume of inbound calls
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a digital finance environment or familiarity with financial products and services
