      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide exceptional customer service and technical support via inbound calls and online communication
      - Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
      - Document and track customer interactions in databases
      - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client products, including smartphones, tablets, and computers
      - Utilize call flow guides to assist customers effectively

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to build customer relationships
      - Comfortable using and explaining technology
      - Availability to work during flexible hours, with a desktop or laptop for testing

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
      - Experience in fast-paced multi-tasking environments
      - A quiet, distraction-free home office setup
      - Eagerness to learn new technologies
      - Strong computer navigation skills
