      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to general inquiries and address concerns related to products and services across multiple lines of business
      - Resolve coordination of benefits inquiries by analyzing patient activity and claims attachments
      - Educate customers and dental professionals on eligibility, benefits, claims payment, and authorizations
      - Thoroughly document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records
      - Direct inquiries to necessary departments or individuals when resolutions exceed the span of control for this role

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or Equivalent
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume customer service environment
      - Ability to multi-task using multiple applications simultaneously
      - Professional verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of medical/dental terminology
      - Experience with Medicare/Medicaid
      - Familiarity with claims, billing, and coding processes
