      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage customer fleet management processes for storage and solar power segment customers, including warranty obligations and service agreements
      - Drive customer satisfaction through effective communication, order management, and contract compliance
      - Oversee spares orders, action plans, safety, quality, schedule, cost, margin, cash flow, and risks
      - Collaborate with internal functions to manage service orders and activities effectively
      - Protect the employer's reputation and technology in the marketplace

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred) or 5 years of field service experience
      - Minimum 3 years of customer management experience (experience with the employer preferred)
      - Strong oral and written communication skills
      - Ability to understand technical and commercial conversations
      - Proven track record of leading multi-cultural teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in storage or solar power plant sales, design, procurement, project management, construction, operations, maintenance, and/or service
