      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own end-to-end planning and deployment of field service resources
      - Act as the decision-maker for field resource allocation
      - Manage capacity planning to meet fluctuating and cyclical demand
      - Navigate complex scheduling discussions with customers and apply prioritization logic
      - Collaborate closely with field service engineers and global business stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of customer-facing experience in service coordination, dispatch, or operations support
      - Strong critical thinking and active listening skills
      - Clear and professional English communication skills, both verbal and written
      - Ability to manage conflict and de-escalate difficult conversations
      - Proficiency in Excel and general PC skills, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in dispatch, service coordination, or field operations
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
      - Exposure to the healthcare or medical device industry
      - Experience supporting service engineers or technical field teams
      - Familiarity with SAP and Magellan Genesis phone system
