What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inquiries concerning billing issues and provide prompt, knowledgeable responses
- Maintain ownership of all customer requests through to completion
- Provide courteous and professional support via phone, email, chat, and other channels
- Accurately assess customer needs and resolve billing or account inquiries
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather facts and reach fair resolutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent; College Degree preferred
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in customer service and/or billing support
- 1-2 years of experience in the telecommunications industry preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong analytical and investigative skills with attention to detail
