What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Resolve customer and sales representative inquiries, explaining product features and processing orders and returns
- Handle inbound and outbound communication via phone in a professional and courteous manner
- Develop a thorough understanding of products to assist customers with orders, backorders, and product inquiries
- Achieve performance goals consistently and meet established KPIs
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and problem resolution skills
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Systems; SAP experience helpful
- Ability to maintain a Scorecard of an A/B average to be considered for promotion
