      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a portfolio of accounts to drive customer engagement and adoption of solutions
      - Achieve revenue, bookings, and renewal goals for assigned accounts
      - Maintain accurate forecasts and communicate risks to develop resolution plans
      - Conduct business reviews with key customers to align on objectives and demonstrate product value
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for customer escalations and coordination

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Renewal Management, or Customer Success in a SaaS environment
      - Proven track record in quota-carrying roles with strong performance
      - Experience in managing customer relationships and navigating deal cycles in a consultative manner
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Renewal Management, or Customer Success in SaaS
      - Contract negotiation skills with timely completion of renewal cycles
      - Experience in supporting customer adoption efforts and acting as a change agent
      - Familiarity with Salesforce CRM systems
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to shifting priorities
