What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer inbound and make outbound calls, responding to customer requests within set timeframes
- Provide knowledgeable assistance by retrieving loan information and delivering accurate responses to customers
- Adhere to schedules, multitask, and meet deadlines while providing verbal and written responses
- Work as part of a dedicated team to explain policies and procedures and resolve customer inquiries
- Build positive relationships with customers, ensuring they feel secure and well-supported
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Graduate or GED
- 0-1 years of related work experience preferred
- Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced work environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Familiarity with mortgage products and services
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer inquiries
