What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage, support, and grow enterprise relationships with new and existing accounts
- Train and foster adoption of TELUS Agronomy's enterprise precision software
- Plan and lead software training and educational meetings in-person and via webinars
- Provide proactive advice and recommendations throughout the customer life cycle
- Track all activities in Salesforce and maintain good account structure for user accounts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Post-secondary education in a related field such as Agricultural Business or Precision Agriculture
- Minimum of 1-3 years of account management experience in an agricultural-related field
- Knowledge of farming practices and agricultural equipment
- General understanding of soil fertility, fertilizer recommendations, and GIS/GPS technologies
- Ability to travel to remote locations within your assigned region as required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Experience using a web-based or mobile platform for account management
- Familiarity with TELUS Agronomy's products and pricing strategies
- Excellent planning, time management, and organizational skills
- Enthusiasm for customer service and a customer-first mentality
