What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support ongoing partner operations, including managing service level objectives (SLOs) and reporting across all customers
- Coordinate and track due diligence requests, compliance documentation, and audit activities for partners
- Assist with scheduling and managing recurring meetings, workshops, and onsite visits
- Help maintain partner project plans and track progress against key milestones and deliverables
- Manage triage and prioritization of enhancement and bug tickets in JIRA in partnership with Engineering and Product teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience in customer success, account management, operations, or project coordination, ideally within a SaaS or technology company
- Strong executive communication skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong research and analytical skills and ability to work with data
- Passionate about client service and solving complex problems
