      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide exceptional customer service while demonstrating product and industry knowledge across various communication channels
      - Respond to user complaints, requests, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
      - Assist internal teams with ad hoc requests and additional fraud reviews as needed
      - Support interdepartmental needs related to user interactions and the DFS product
      - Review player deposit and withdrawal transactions for potential fraud

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1+ years of prior experience in a direct Customer Support/Success role
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with multiple departments and users
      - Ability to work weeknights and weekends, covering 40 hours per week
      - Availability during holidays and significant game days across sports

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a fast-paced customer support environment, preferably within the sports or gaming industry
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to empathize with users
      - Familiarity with Daily Fantasy Sports (DFS) and related products
