What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide key administrative support to Customer Success Managers, assisting with various tasks
- Maintain accurate data in company systems, including tracking contracts and billing details
- Respond to customer billing inquiries and assist in billing audits
- Collaborate with teams to ensure timely resolution of customer disputes and payment collection
- Generate and provide reports to support Customer Success Manager activities and customer meetings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- College degree and 1-3 years of professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service and maintain administrative efficiency
- Strong teamwork skills and adaptability to change
- Experience in an administrative role or service management environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, along with proficiency in Excel
