What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary contact for partner restaurants and venues
- Establish and manage relationships with new and existing customers
- Advocate for the employer to drive adoption, retention, and participation in new features and products
- Coordinate the successful rollout of product launches
- Provide technical troubleshooting support to operators and clients as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to work on a computer for extended periods (up to 8 hours per day)
- Experience handling POS hardware devices for testing (lifting up to 5 pounds)
- Willingness to travel 1-2 times per month to various venues
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills
