What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Field customer chats, phone calls, and emails to assist users
- Help customers troubleshoot technical software issues and address billing questions
- Suggest ways customers can utilize the software to meet their needs
- Provide exceptional customer service, treating every customer with care and attention
- Maintain a high level of familiarity with the software and market analysis concepts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Friendly, outgoing, and upbeat personality
- Ability to work independently and stay busy
- Understanding and working knowledge of trading or technical analysis
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of high-level concepts in financial trading
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in active day trading or swing trading
- Familiarity with specific technical analysis strategies such as Fibonacci and candlestick patterns
- Background in technical analysis and passion for trading financial markets
- Strong intuitive understanding of web-based software
