      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support customer software implementations while balancing multiple projects at varying stages
      - Engage with clients to design solutions and develop project workplans that address their business problems
      - Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams, sharing best practices
      - Utilize Enterprise Analytics tools to provide insights and drive product adoption
      - Conduct virtual training sessions for customers on key product features

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with interaction at the c-suite or executive level
      - Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with payer health plans or behavioral health, is required
      - Proven track record of managing large-scale implementations and leading project teams
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a matrix environment
      - Creative, resourceful, and strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced settings

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with patient engagement, referral management, social services, or care management
      - Ability to quickly understand and master new solutions and technologies
