What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, execute, and assess enablement programs in collaboration with pre-sales, channel, product, and technical leadership
- Communicate enablement strategy and key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders
- Build trusted relationships with channel partners and pre-sales representatives
- Facilitate onboarding and training programs for pre-sales teams
- Utilize performance data to identify and address knowledge or skill gaps within the sales team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-performance sales organization, specifically in sales, pre-sales, channel, enablement, or learning and development
- Strong understanding of Enterprise pre-sales, including the development of sales content, tools, and training
- Experience with content management and learning management systems, particularly in an Enterprise-first selling environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in an unstructured, fast-paced environment

- Experience in developing educational content and training programs from the ground up
- Familiarity with metrics-driven performance assessment and improvement strategies
- Background in collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance enablement efforts
