      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, driving the Customer Success lifecycle from onboarding to expansion
      - Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders and senior management to drive customer-centric initiatives
      - Drive adoption of solutions and recommend use case initiatives while troubleshooting and advocating for training
      - Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, experience, and engineering teams as the voice of the customer
      - Track customer metrics and information using the Customer Success Platform to monitor customer health

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years in a related post-sales customer advocacy role
      - Strong communication and relationship management skills with a customer-first mindset
      - Proven experience working with large complex enterprises in a high-growth environment
      - Deep understanding of managing data pipelines and experience with observability, logs, metrics, IT operations, and security
      - Willingness to travel as needed (up to 15%-20%) and reside in Dallas or Atlanta

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience as a Data Engineering/Analytics platform administrator or architect (e.g., Splunk, Elastic, Datadog, Snowflake)
      - Familiarity with Customer Success Platforms such as GainSight or PlanHat
      - Working knowledge of major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
      - Enjoys engaging with customers and solving complex problems
      - Sense of humor, including a repertoire of good or bad jokes
