What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make data-driven recommendations to optimize the value of Procore for customers
- Craft value-based presentations to address customer business problems and enhance platform adoption
- Provide product roadmap and release updates to clients, ensuring they benefit from the latest technology
- Serve as a technical account manager, delivering high-level responsiveness and customer service
- Foster a positive team culture by mentoring colleagues and collaborating across the organization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in the construction industry
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, or Technical Pre-Sales
- Strong technical aptitude to master Procore's product offerings and emerging technologies
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills, both in-person and virtually
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret and synthesize data effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience as a construction Project Manager, Site Super, Project Finance Manager, Estimator, or Project Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Science
