What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary technical expert on the employer's platform, demonstrating in-depth knowledge and expertise
- Drive customer adoption through effective onboarding and training processes
- Design and deliver customized use cases that align with customers' goals using a consultative approach
- Proactively ensure customers maximize their return on investment by driving sustained adoption of the platform
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with customers to evaluate progress and identify areas for improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar is a plus
- Minimum of 12 years of experience with strong project management skills
- Proficient in SQL and scripting languages, with hands-on experience in cloud environments
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with data technologies and cloud technologies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and nurture strategic relationships
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with DLP, Data Privacy/Protection, DSPM/CSPM, SIEM, or vulnerability management
- Prior experience in a technical customer-facing role within a software company
- Demonstrated track record of owning customer relationships, including onboarding and renewal processes
