      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary technical expert on the employer's platform, demonstrating in-depth knowledge and expertise.
      - Drive customer adoption through effective onboarding and training processes.
      - Proactively ensure customers are realizing the full value of their investment and maximizing their return on investment.
      - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues impacting customers to ensure seamless experiences.
      - Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with customers to evaluate progress and identify areas for improvement.

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar experience is a plus.
      - 12 years of experience with strong project management skills.
      - 3+ years of hands-on experience with data and cloud technologies, including databases and cloud infrastructure.
      - Proficiency in SQL, scripting languages (e.g., Python), and experience with APIs and web services.
      - Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record of owning customer relationships.

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience working in a software company in a technical customer-facing role.
      - Demonstrated expertise in Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM).
      - Ability to lead both executive meetings and technical workshops effectively.
      - A results-oriented mindset with a history of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
