      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Recruit, coach, and mentor a team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs)
      - Own the renewal and expansion pipeline, driving retention and identifying growth opportunities
      - Develop and execute scalable customer success strategies aligned with company growth objectives
      - Serve as a strategic advisor to key accounts, guiding them toward successful outcomes
      - Collaborate cross-functionally to improve onboarding, enablement, and overall customer experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven success in driving renewal and expansion sales within a Customer Success or Account Management role
      - Strong leadership skills with experience coaching and developing a team
      - Data-driven mindset with the ability to identify trends and turn insights into action
      - Excellent communication skills, able to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences
      - Experience working with enterprise clients and C-level stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
      - Previous roles such as Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or Customer Experience Manager
