      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Direct the end-to-end outcomes strategy for the employer's largest U.S. monitoring customers, ensuring adoption and measurable value
      - Champion the utilization of the Hospital Patient Monitoring ecosystem and align customer success plans with data-driven insights
      - Collaborate with Sales, Services, and Solutions & Delivery teams to execute projects and support contract renewals
      - Manage, coach, and develop Customer Success Managers to ensure operational excellence and scalability
      - Implement processes and governance structures to strengthen customer relationships and sustain long-term value realization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 8 years of people leadership experience in Customer Relationship Management, Customer Success, Clinical Transformation, or similar
      - Proven experience leading customer-facing teams in complex environments
      - Strong understanding of hospital ecosystems and acute care workflows
      - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Customer Relationship Management, or equivalent; or 12+ years in a similar role
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in developing presentations and reports

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the hospital healthcare or medical device industry
      - Demonstrated ability to drive standards and adoption within healthcare settings
      - Strong analytical skills to assess performance and outcomes effectively
      - Experience in developing and executing strategic customer success plans
