What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure customers extract maximum value from the platform and resolve any blockers to success
- Manage a designated book of customer accounts, driving product adoption and overseeing expansions and renewals
- Champion customer ROI and promote product value for desired use cases
- Act as a product expert and consultant to help customers achieve business results
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across multiple departments to improve customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related field
- Experience in market research, consumer insights, or technology
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS solutions and guiding customers through adoption, expansion, and renewal processes
- Exceptional communication skills to foster positive relationships with executives and end users
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in usage or consumption fields preferred
- High emotional intelligence with an ability to demonstrate empathy for customer problems
- Technical inclination and ability to understand the Canvs AI product suite
- Desire to connect work to company results and demonstrate strategic thinking
- Ability to adapt quickly to meet customer and market needs
