What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a superuser of all products, providing coaching and education to enhance customer adoption
- Conduct regular customer reviews and virtual workshops to identify strengths and areas for improvement
- Build and maintain relationships with customers beyond day-to-day interactions, ensuring engagement across the organization
- Manage renewals and upsell opportunities in collaboration with the Sales team
- Provide product feedback and prioritize customer requirements for the Product team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, consultative sales, or business consulting, preferably within a SaaS model
- Strong knowledge of account management practices and sales methodologies
- Proven technical knowledge and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to travel up to 25% as required
