      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Proactively manage the end-to-end renewal process to ensure timely renewals and address potential risks impacting customer retention
      - Forecast renewal rates and handle a large portfolio of accounts using automated tools and touchpoints
      - Develop scalable processes to streamline renewals and automate customer engagement
      - Implement playbooks and tools for efficient management of renewals across high customer volumes
      - Continuously monitor customer health metrics and engagement to identify risks of churn or downsell

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong growth orientation with the ability to manage multiple renewal timelines simultaneously
      - Ability to simplify complex concepts and adapt communication styles for different audiences
      - Proficient in using data to influence decision-making and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
      - Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset
      - Demonstrated initiative and resourcefulness in overcoming challenges
