      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a large portfolio of SMB customers at various stages of their journey
      - Lead customer meetings, training sessions, QBRs, and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction
      - Understand customers' business objectives and proactively identify opportunities for value and ROI
      - Serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance to optimize platform usage and adoption
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for customer needs and enhance the customer experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Customer Success Manager in SaaS companies
      - Excellent customer-facing approach with fluent verbal and written communication skills
      - Experience leading workshops and technical training sessions
      - Proven hands-on experience with onboarding and implementation processes
      - Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce/Dynamics/Hubspot) and understanding of sales and business processes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with CPQ tools is an advantage
