      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a portfolio of automotive dealership clients, ensuring successful onboarding and ongoing satisfaction
      - Deliver monthly reports to clients, analyzing key metrics and identifying emerging issues
      - Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with dealership leadership to review performance and identify opportunities
      - Collaborate with product and operations teams to address client feedback and support upsell opportunities
      - Maintain detailed client documentation, including meeting notes and reporting history

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree
      - 3-5 years of experience leading a Customer Success team in a marketing or advertising technology firm or dealership
      - Knowledge of the automotive industry and digital media strongly preferred
      - Exceptional communication skills and ability to foster positive business relationships
      - Proficiency in Excel, including functions such as V Look-ups and Pivot tables
