      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive adoption, retention, and expansion for a product that addresses real challenges
      - Manage the customer experience throughout their lifecycle, aligning with business objectives
      - Serve as the primary conduit between the customer and the employer, facilitating organizational impact
      - Host trainings, onboarding, and working sessions to educate customers on product use
      - Contribute to defining the foundations of Customer Success at the employer

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years managing B2B SaaS accounts focused on retention and growth
      - Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple customer relationships
      - Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
      - Demonstrated commitment to driving results with a proactive, hands-on approach
      - Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills to represent customer needs internally

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in competitive intelligence or related fields
      - Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in sales
      - Proven track record of successful customer training and onboarding
      - Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and drive solutions
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
